We used the beetroots to make a beetroot and couscous dish.
Our whole menu had a bit of a Turkish theme to it with flatbread also included.

In the garden members of Rotary at Bellerive continued to work on our wonderful chicken house
In the garden we planted lettuce, globe artichokes and mint. We also continued to bury our potatoes.
We have been inundated with requests to make spinach and ricotta rolls again so we will do so!
